Tameside Divers
We are a small ambitious club run by a friendly group of volunteers. Our goal is to support talented youngsters and share our love of exploring the ocean depths.
We’re always happy to welcome new members, whether they’re beginners or experienced snorkellers or scuba divers, and we invite anyone interested to come by and see our club up close.

Sponsored Snorkel
Our snorkellers took part in a sponsored snorkel to raise money for the RNLI and the amazing work they do.

Divers' drip to Capernwray
Some of our divers went to Capernwray to complete some of their Sports Diver training.

RNLI Presentation
Although the decision was made to have a year off from our usual organised trip to Porth Dafarch, Anglesey, some of our members took the money raised during the Sponsored Snorkel to present it to RNLI at Trearddur Bay.

What's to come
Scuba Diving
Both pool training and open water training sessions are currently being planned for 2023.
Snorkelling
With snorkeling lectures to start in Feb our planning for sessions both pool and open water for 2023 are well under way.
